73 different animal species live around the L'Oréaldistribution center in Muggensturm – and that’s very intentional. Our customer, L’Oréal, has an ambitious sustainability program called L’Oréal for the Future, witha goal of having a positive impact on biodiversity at 100% of its sites worldwide by 2030. We are happy to help them progress that ambitious objective for the distribution center in Muggensturm, which just earned a gold certificate from the DGNB German Sustainable Building Council for fostering biodiversity in its outdoor areas.The site in Muggensturm is L’Oréal’s largest logistics center worldwide, and it might also have the most ecologically innovative roof in the industry. There are 7,400 solar panels on its rooftop, producing enough energy to power the customer’s operations. The roof’s greenery is home to animals like skylarks, the endangered green grasshopper and the blue-winged grasshopper. It also houses a complex water management system that collects rainwater for irrigation, cleaning and flushing toilets.We were happy to help our customer make this project a reality! They say everything is bigger in Texas, and this new battery storage project is no exception! On Friday, we inaugurated a new battery energy storage system (BESS) in Arlington, Texas at Prologis Interchange 20.Battery storage projects like this ensure that the customers and communities that benefit from our solar installations have reliable access to energy – even when the sun is not shining. We plan to continue energizing Texas! We have nine additional projects in the works set for completion by the end of 2025, bringing our BESS portfolio in the state to 100 MW!

We are so happy that Girls Inc. of Metro Denver has awarded us as its 2024 Corporate Catalyst for Girls! Girls Inc. helpsgirls throughout the U.S. build the knowledge and skills to become strong, smart and bold leaders. Our employees have been volunteering with Girls Inc. for years – they have given over 320 hours of volunteer work to this local organization through programs, skill-based volunteering and board leadership.Last year, 45 members of our Denver Accounting team created a Winter Wonderland inclusive of games, hot cocoa, crafts and cookie decorating. And during IMPACT Day, a few weeks ago, a dozen Denver employees refreshed their outdoor space through clean-up, garden planting and rock painting.

Our Denker heavy-duty EV charging site will power SOME of the 20,000 trucks that serve the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach... but more EV charging infrastructure is required. Paws, Claws and a Cause! For IMPACT Day, several of our teams volunteered with animal-centric charities – we knew you'd enjoy these photos! #PLDIMPACT🐎 Our Nashville team volunteered with Saddle Up!, which provides youth with disabilities the opportunity to grow and develop through therapeutic, educational and recreational activities with horses. The team cleaned and organized the stable in preparation for summer sessions. 🐶 Our Dallas team volunteered with Patriot Paws Service Dogs. They cleaned everything from the dogs to the veteran house and the training center, assisted with landscaping and helped install a new fence.🐏 The Tracy, CA team volunteered at Harvest Home Animal Sanctuary, which cares for farm animals saved from abuse and neglect. They lent a hand by cleaning the barns, landscaping and painting.Happy #NationalPetMonth, everyone! We wouldn't be opposed to you leaving pet photos in the comments!

We're driving ahead withSubaru— literally! We're working with our customer, Subaru of America, to expand their operations in Dallas. The new 200,000-square-footexpansionwill be LEED-certified and equipped with high-efficiency HVAC. We didn't forget aboutSubaruSolterra drivers – the property will be outfitted with EV charging for passenger vehicles. The project, including a new business center,will expandSubaru's existingdistribution and training centerto 500,000 square feet.
