What will I be doing?

As a Steward you would be responsible for performing your position’s responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Ensures that all food items are stored properly to meet with HGVC and state regulations.
• Clean and wash work area, refrigerator and utensils and prep area for next day.
• Remove trash and garbage and place in designated area.
• Assist as manager sees fit in other areas of food and beverage such as the marketplace and catering events.
• Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HGVC from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
• Carries out all reasonable requests by management.

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.·

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Food & Beverage industry experience and knowledge preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Food Safety Certification preferred.
